Join us for the launch event of Deaf Architecture Front (DAF), presented by Christopher Laing, founder of DAF and well-known as the founder of Signstrokes. This event includes presentations and an opportunity to network, alongside displays to demonstrate and raise awareness of the issues today.
DAF is a platform and a collective with a focus on activism, consultation, open resource and research, with the aim to create a bridge between Deaf communities and architectural/spatial practice industries.
DAF will make a huge difference to the Deaf community by creating a bridge to architecture, aiming to remove the barriers that have been in place for many years preventing Deaf people from engaging with architectural practice.
