A celebration of community–led regeneration, by client and architect, both inside and outside the Capital.
There is another way. Community Land Trusts and other ground-up development initiatives across the country are leading neighbourhood transformation without losing diversity and inclusion, tackling the dual issues of dereliction and gentrification.
Organised by Hastings Commons and hosted by the London Interdisciplinary School, this evening brings together champions in the field from the North West to the South Coast to share experiences delivering fair-priced, sustainable communities in a profit-driven climate. Followed by drinks and debate.
