draw!

02 June - 28 June

9:30 -17:30

Drawing, for most, was our earliest attempt at understanding the world around us. Whether it was drawing your stick-person family, your first bedroom, or the splodgy cat.

Anna Gibb, architect, and fervent maker of drawings, uses the act of drawing as a tool to help her to dissect the built environment, and the common threads found through the past, present and future of architecture.

Come and see a plethora of drawings and sketches, from London, to Florence and Venice, and beyond, at the Barbican Library this June.

And if you'd like to have a go, on Saturday 10th, 17th and 24th June between 12-4pm, come and sketch with Anna in the gallery, pens provided, just bring your imagination!

*You may even find the splodgy cat.
