Seventy percent of the world’s population will live in cities by 2050. And these cities will no longer be developed around natural resources such as rivers or mines, but around another natural resource: knowledge. This knowledge will come from universities and other institutions, but what is their role in creating sustainable, inclusive, and livable cities? And how can institutions help cities solve increasingly complex and challenging problems?
