Just like spaces, stories are something that we can share and enjoy together.
As well as setting a scene, reading descriptions of landscapes, the built environment and the spaces in-between in stories and poems can provoke feelings and invoke memories.
Shared Reading is a great way for adults to relax and make new friends. Reading aloud in real-time, means that everyone can be involved in a shared, live experience and have an opportunity to connect and give their thoughts in a positive environment.
But there’s no pressure to talk or read you can just enjoy listening to a great story.
