The SWA team are committed to shaping a more diverse and inclusive built environment. Our Eco-Humanist approach always seeks to find a common ground with our clients. With The Highbury Roundhouse, our shared passion is community, and by acknowledging what we don't have in common alongside what we do, engagement and co-design has been essential in helping us create a place which meet community need.
Our celebratory event at SWA’s recently completed community centre for The Highbury Roundhouse is centred on delivering social value throughout a project’s lifespan.
The day will include a short tour of the newly completed building, spotlighting key spaces, challenges and successes; a social valued-focused panel discussion with a broad range of speakers, including representatives from The Highbury Roundhouse and SWA; and one-on-one and small group mentoring sessions, led by SWA and the design team to provide local, young people with further insight into built environment professions.
For more information and to book a free space for the panel discussion and/or mentoring, please follow the link to our Eventbrite page for the event.
