Take part in a creative workshop inspired by art on The Line. Connecting Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and The O2, The Line is an ambitious public art project where everyone can explore art, nature and heritage for free. In this workshop, you can design a flag following the work of Larry Achiampong or experiment with drawing techniques prompted by the work of Madge Gill, as part of a range of creative activities designed by artists and the team at The Line. These activities will bring to life the works of public art in the Royal Docks, highlighting that art is for everyone in the cultural commons.
Attendees can come at any time in the time slot, and can take away an IFS activity pack to continue to explore The Line in their own time. Activities are designed to be done at home with easily sourced materials, and are suitable for all ages.
