The White House is a public space for art and social activity - bringing new life to an 18th century farmhouse on Dagenham’s Becontree Estate, skilfully and senstively transformed by architects Apparata. Our year-round programme hosts coffee mornings, workshops for families and young people, painting classes, poetry groups, film screenings, and artist residencies.
Join us for a special Summer Garden Party as part of this year's Festival, throughout the White House and its garden. With family workshops, artist-led activities, food and music outdoors, you will be able to learn more about the community engagement programme of art workshops, community conversations, social groups and family programming.
We'd love you to be there - bring your friends, family, children, and pets.
