Who we are:
For the past two years, locals Jonny & Joe (the Wallflower Brixton project) have been hanging out by a big green wall in Brixton, taking portraits and talking to people passing by. They set up a pop-up street studio and got chatting to their wider community.
To date, they've taken over two hundred portraits and met some fascinating people, with unexpected talents, diverse backgrounds, discovering the things we have in common - or not.
We'd like to invite you to a workshop to de-mystify how we went about setting up a little community portrait project like this. Bring any type of camera or even your camera phone! All skill levels welcome.
