A participatory live reading group event, starting at 12pm-12.30pm outside Roundtable Books Brixton Village, 73 Granville Arcade, and other stop off points outside: Brixton House Theatre, Coldharbour Lane SW9 8PS 12.30-1pm and then at ‘The Lounge’ Atlantic Road SW9 8PY 1-3pm led by Marilyn Rogers, hearing from residents of local communities about the development of Brixton in the last 50 years.
We will share stories reflecting on Brixton as a place, the times and communities involved, and in how Atlantic Road and Railton Road’s street, urban and cultural landscape has changed.
